Who We Are

Origin

Qmotion is the creation of a team of sports enthusiasts led by former Olympic athlete Hans Bylemans of Belgium. The team first started with managing the Doha Dolphins Swimming Club originally based at Doha College.

When Hans Bylemans took over the management of the club in September 2006, 120 swimmers of all ages took part in the Dolphins' trainings. By July 2010 the club grew to become the home for 1500 members.

The success of the Doha Dolphins inspired the development of a Running and Walking Club "Qthletics" and kids club "Kids in Motion". The team is currently engaged in developing similar clubs in other sports such as Football, Martial Arts as well as group fitness club.
 
Philosophy

Our goal is to encourage people of all ages to become active, to lead a healthy lifestyle and to enhance their physical capabilities.

Through our sports programs we aim to contribute to the education of sports and to provide participants with a unique social and cultural experience as our members are of many different nationalities and backgrounds.

As a club we value quality and safety as well as the well being of all of our members.

We place quality at the heart of our club to ensure that people's efforts have the highest possible effect.
